Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box if mailing back.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a team member in-store.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or finalize your exchange within 5-7 business days.
